Guide us through your career journey: How did you end up here?
- My journey began from the time I was 14 years old when I began working in the concrete industry. I stayed in the concrete industry until I turned 30, then I realized I needed a change of pace. So, I decided to reach out to DCG to see if there was even a possibility of me working here. Things worked out much to my amazement and I have been working here for a little over 3.5 years and loving it; the people, the environment and the company.
