KANSAS CITY, Mo., March 23, 2022 — Dynamic Consultants Group (DCG), a leading Kansas City-based Microsoft Consulting company, positions Michael Richardson to lead two new practice areas – one focused on infrastructure and security and the other focused on advanced support.
DCG’s infrastructure and security consulting practice helps partners and clients leverage Microsoft’s cloud resources to accelerate business and reduce IT costs. Simultaneously, DCG’s advanced support practice offers a flexible, rapid response alternative to Microsoft Premier Support.
With both practices, DCG has an awareness of the larger environment. Whether we are working a support case or doing a complete digital transformation, we always keep our eyes open for root causes and foundational improvement opportunities that can help our clients be more effective in their work.
DCG’s new practice areas come amidst an updated service structure, which also includes enterprise resource planning, business applications, and custom development. DCG’s wholistic approach to Microsoft consulting uniquely positions them to provide end-to-end consulting.
Growth in the delivery department and across the organization has led to an increase in the need for structure and diversification of leadership across the department. Michael played a large part in driving that growth through excellent client interactions and problem solving, and we’re confident he’ll do the same with the new practice areas.
Prior to joining DCG, Richardson spent seven years at a managed services provider leading onsite support and designing data center infrastructure. He gained comprehensive experience in networking, security, Azure, and Microsoft 365. Since joining DCG in January of 2021, Michael has been instrumental in designing and implementing new professional services and support while building professional teams to deliver the services at scale. Michael’s efforts have helped position DCG as the obvious choice for clients looking for ways to better enable their technology infrastructure while keeping it safe and secure.
