Job Description

Dynamic Consultants Group is looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our Delivery Team.  As an Azure Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall support of our customer’s Azure service and environments, including the migrations of on-prem to the cloud, advanced Azure fabric support, managing MS support tickets, and client ticket management. You will also assist with product engineering, and aid customers with IT road mapping and project-based consulting.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the rapid delivery of cloud support services as requested by the customer and internal projects and inbound customer service tickets
  • Engage on advanced Azure projects including system architectural conversations
  • Work directly with the client, partners, and Microsoft to resolve support requests timely
  • Establish good support relationships with customers
  • Support of Microsoft services including Azure, Active Directory, Config Manager, SQL, Microsoft 365, and EMS (Intune, AADP, AIP)
  • Mentoring, supporting, and developing other service desk agents
  • Working closely with our partners to deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Owning and driving customer satisfaction and ticket resolution

Experience Required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Azure compute and platform services such as virtual machines, IaaS, PaaS, App services, Azure SQL and Application Services
  • Knowledgeable in networking concepts, Azure Front Door, Firewalls, WAF’s, containers and AKS
  • Experience scripting in PowerShell, ARM templates and JSON
  • Strong knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP, Active Directory, Group Policy)
  • Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, Consulting, & Microsoft technologies
  • Working skills in EMS (Azure, Intune, Intune Hybrid, AADP, ARMS, LDAP, Active Directory, Group Policy)
  • Working knowledge of the features and security components of Windows desktop operating systems – Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
  • Strong knowledge of Azure, VM’s, Network Security Groups, Infrastructure admin, SQL admin
  • The ability to work in both a collaborative and independent atmosphere, be able to think outside of the box to creatively problem solve issues for clients.
  • Experience working in an agile and support centric environment with the ability to quickly change priorities as required by client demands
  • Experience with handling incoming ticket requests from customers in an Engineer capacity to resolve Sev 1 – Sev 4 issues
  • Good communication skills, task management, integrity, and excellent organization skills

  Recommended Experience

  • Outstanding experience in Microsoft technologies, and with certifications in at least two of the following: Azure, M365, IAAS.
  • Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as ADFS, SSO and Modern Authentication
  • Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics platforms
  • Knowledge and understanding of relational data structures, data bricks, SSIS, and SSRS
  • Experience with Power Platform including Power BI
  • Working knowledge of MS SharePoint infrastructure and systems architecture
