California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) is a public university in Southern California and one of the largest campuses in the California State University system. CSUF serves more than 45,000 students across eight colleges, so its IT infrastructure must support academic, research and administrative operations at scale.
CSUF’s IT organization supports more than 45,000 students along with faculty, researchers, and administrative staff. To improve scalability and speed up service delivery, CSUF engaged DCG to design and implement an enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure architecture. The engagement covered the cloud infrastructure, automated deployment pipelines, and governance for identity and access. DCG also trained campus teams to manage the new environment.

DCG's in-house methodology helped CSUF align leadership priorities, assess its existing infrastructure and deployment practices, and plan the work around what would deliver the most value first. DCG paired structured design with iterative execution and trained IT and departmental staff alongside the technical build, so each team could adopt the new Azure platform as it went live.
