Dustin is Managing Partner & Microsoft Principal Architect at Dynamic Consultants Group (DCG) and a highly regarded voice in the Microsoft ecosystem. He combines deep technical expertise with a practical leadership perspective, helping organizations make sense of complex ERP, CRM, and digital-transformation challenges before they become costly problems.

Before founding and leading multiple technology companies, Dustin built his experience working with organizations such as Barclays, EMC2, HP, and Microsoft. Over the course of his career, he has advised more than 300 companies across a wide range of industries, giving him a strong perspective on what drives transformation success and what causes critical initiatives to stall. 

He is also an author, speaker, senior software developer, and technology innovator who has trained and collaborated with hundreds of partners across Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce ecosystems. What makes his perspective resonate is simple: it comes from the field. His ideas and resolution are shaped by the projects he has seen up close, the rescue projects he has led, and the leadership decisions that determine whether transformation creates value or becomes another expensive lesson. 

Outside of work, Dustin is an accomplished musician, an outdoor enthusiast, and a mostly terrible golfer.
